Pile your plate high with fish, poultry, chickpeas, almonds, and even sunflower seeds. These treats can do wonders for your body.

While sugar isn’t the best for your body as a whole, it can also be terrible for your skin if eaten in high amounts. Researchers actually found a direct link between sugars such as glucose and greater production of advanced glycation end products. Even though sugar isn’t the best for you and your body, it can still be eaten a little bit at a time. So don’t overdo it and you’ll be fine.
